NEALE ENGINEERING LTD. has been active since 1983 in the Fraser Valley providing an increasing range and depth of engineering services. In more recent years the company has been involved significantly in structural and civil services for commercial, institutional, industrial, residential, multi-residential, greenhouses, and all manner of farm buildings, e.g., riding arenas and chicken barns, etc.

Our Team

The firm has a solid group of technical people in the civil and structural areas, and auxiliary expertise in minor geotechnical and architectural code analysis as well. Our growth in terms of expertise, project volume and type of project, allow us to competitively serve the Lower Mainland in several engineering areas. Neale Engineering is also presently licensed in Alberta.

Services

Structural — Minor Geotechnical — Civil — Minor Architectural

STRUCTURAL: Design or review of plans in concrete, wood and steel, shear walls, seismic restraint, foundations, structural systems such as roof, floor, wall and beams, wood frame, concrete retaining walls, masonry, suspended slabs, greenhouses, light steel frame, pre-engineered steel buildings, pole barns and riding arenas.

GEOTECHNICAL: Bearing soil confirmation, temporary excavation safety, compaction under slabs.

CIVIL/MECHANICAL: Sanitary and storm pump systems, rock pits, infiltration trenches, lot grading, storm water management plans, establishing MBE, small lot subdivisions, on-site commercial development.

ARCHITECTURAL: Minor architectural required for tenant improvement, fire separation, travel distances, etc.
